This is a permissions and general explanation post for Sissel.
Sissel is 100% a black cat. He is capable of understanding speech, but cannot speak himself (though he has some powers that make communication possible).
Among his powers are:
The ability to speak telepathically with the dead, or those who have suffered some form of death and been resuscitated. He can NOT read people's minds, only what they allow him to hear.
The ability to leave his body and possess and manipulate inanimate objects and other creatures.
The ability to go back in time four minutes before a person's death.
When he is in his ghost form, he can travel through radio waves or telephone lines.
Please let me know what all you are okay with Sissel doing. I doubt there will be a reason for him to possess anyone, but just in case. Also let me know if he would have the ability to telepathically speak with them!
